Does ACE Cash Express do a hard credit pull? ›

At ACE Cash Express, we may obtain information from a non-traditional consumer reporting agency and the inquiry may affect your overall credit profile with the applicable agency, but it will not impact your FICO Score.

A social security number is required as part of the application process. We will also request an email address, proof of steady source of recurring income (such as employment, disability, retirement, self-employment, or another income source) and proof of banking information to complete the application.

Ace Cash Express is the nation's largest check-cashing chain. The company also provides related financial services, including wire transfers, money orders, bill payment services and small consumer loans. Ace has a network of 802 company-owned stores and 124 franchised stores in 28 states and the District of Columbia.

Scammers send out maliciously deceiving debt collection communications like phone calls, emails, or texts falsely claiming to represent lenders like ACE Cash Express.

Each ACE customer may have one loan open at a time – whether it's a payday loan or an installment loan.

If payment is not received within 10 days, your order will be cancelled.

If you are a store customer, you may be given the option to receive text messages from ACE Cash Express when you apply for a loan at an ACE Cash Express location. If you opt-in to ACE Mobile Alerts in the store, we will send you a text message to confirm your opt-in for transactional messages.
